FREE SHIPPING IN ALL OF USA!

We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2pm Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday only) at 3pm Central Time.

In stock orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Please allow a slightly greater grace period in shipping times during holiday seasons and peak busy times of the year, though every order will be sent out as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately at this time we limit our shipping to only within the United States due to expense of international delivery and the risk of perishable items being lost or damaged. Thank you for understanding! 

 

RETURN POLICY

Generally speaking, coffee is a perishable item thus will not be accepted if returned.

If there is damage to the packaging upon delivery however, it may be refunded or exchanged if notified within 24 hours of product delivery. Orders outside of this window cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Any express shipping, where applicable, is not refunded.

Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.

As the case for almost any product supplier, the liability primarily lies on the buyer after the order has left our warehouse.
